Return Policy?

We stand behind a satisfaction guarantee on our tents. If you are not happy with your tent you can return it for a replace or refund within 30 days of purchase.  A 20% restocking fee may apply.

We do not offer guarantees on ordinary wear and tear caused by accidents or improper use.

What do I need to mount this to my vehicle?

Our Expedition Series tent is designed to mount on cross bars with a rating of at least 165lbs or more. Thule Aeroblades or any comparable product work great. As long as your rack's "dynamic" rating, meaning when in motion, is at least 165lbs you're good to go! When not in motion (parked) most roof racks have a rating of 300lbs-1,000lbs. Always ask your roof rack retailer or check your manufacturer's specifications.

You bet!  We offer a 2 year factory warranty on parts and workmanship. If your item has a manufacturing defect in any materials or components we will fix or replace it free of charge.

What materials are used?

We use a heavy 300G rip-stop poly-cotton canvas, which in addition to being waterproof, mold-proof and ready for bad weather, is an industry standard fabric for high end tents. We also use 1 inch poles with metal joints for our main tent frame - No plastic here. Many of the tents you see in the $600-$900 price range use a non-breathable 280G plastic type material and flimsy 1/2 inch poles. All of our tent fabric is double stitched to the highest standards and are fully seamed sealed.

What CAN I do with this tent?

Elevate your camping experience by camping above the grit, grime and critters. Set up camp and be warm and dry faster than most of your friends can unpack their backpack. Wake up refreshed and ready for adventure. Be the envy of your friends.

What CAN'T I do in this tent?

We don't recommend putting more than 2-3 adults, (660lbs) inside at any time. You cannot cook inside this tent, use propane devices, or drive the vehicle while the tent is open.
