Pinnacles National Park

Pinnacles National Park is a short drive from the San Francisco Bay Area and provides a great introductory camping trip for new campers.

A general store provides basics so there’s less pressure on a comprehensive packing job, and there’s a pool in the summertime for kids to play in and adults to relax around (or jump in too!)

There are four features of Pinnacles that people tend to visit:

• Condors
• Bat caves
• Hiking
• Climbing
